Below you’ll find information about session rates, insurance, and what to expect when we work together.

Payments Accepted

  • Therapy

    • 50 Min Session - $150

    • 1.5 Hr Session - $200

    • 2 Hr Session - $225

    Retreats (cost depends on lodging, food, co-facilitation, transportation, etc.)

    • 1 Day Retreat - $1k-$2k

    • 2 Day Retreat - $2k-$3k

    • 3 Day Retreat - $3k-4k

    • 4 Day Retreat $4k-$5k

  • Most HSA/FSA cards accepted through therapy portal software. For Cost per session, see “Private Pay” section above.

  • Coverage depends on your specific plan and whether services are provided in person or via telehealth. Please confirm benefits directly with your insurance provider.

    Typical pricing ranges:

    1 day intensive: $1,000–$2,000

    3 day intensive: $3,000–$4,000

    4 day intensive: $4,000–$5,000
